That one Monday where Koho crashed and I lost a whole day of tracking
I remember back in 2021 when Koho had a system outage that lasted almost 8 hours. I was trying to reconcile my spending for a big client deposit and everything just froze on me. Had to manually write down 30+ transactions on a napkin just to keep my budget straight for the week. Has anyone else had a fintech app go down at the worst possible time?

8 hours with a napkin really isn't that big of a deal.

Oh totally agree with you on this. Like, I once sat through a 10 hour day at work with just a paper towel to eat my sad sandwich and chips on. It sounds rough but honestly you just get used to it after a while. People act like it's some huge hardship but really it's just a little inconvenient at most. I had a coffee stain on my desk for a week after that though. But yeah, definitely not a big deal like everyone makes it out to be.
