That $300 compliance software I signed up for last quarter

I bought into SurePayroll's new automated reporting tool and it's been nothing but headaches with CRA filings. Anyone else find these cheaper options just make more work?

Double down on that feeling because these sales people know Exactly how to hit your weak spots and make you feel like you're missing out on something huge. I spent two days customizing dashboards and workflows that nobody ever clicked on, and my team actually got LESS done while everyone was trying to figure out where to find anything. That awkward silence when you ask if people even opened the software just hurts worse than admitting it was a waste from the start.

Bought this one time for a project management tool that was supposed to "revolutionize" how our team collaborated. Turns out it was just a fancy way to make to-do lists that nobody checked. My friend spent like three hours setting it up and then everyone just went back to using sticky notes. The sales guy acted like we were missing out on this life changing thing, but all it did was make our Friday meetings more awkward staring at a screen that nobody updated. Made me feel real dumb for handing over my credit card info so fast.
