Old timer told me to stop using push-pins on drop ceilings 5 years ago

I ignored him and kept using them until one popped out and took out a $600 TV in a sports bar last month. Has anyone else learned this lesson the hard way?

Dude I was the exact same way, thought it was fine til one launched out and hit a customer in the head last year. Changed my mind real quick, now I only use the proper clips.

Clipping them in right takes two seconds and saves way more than that in broken stuff.
