DAE think prefinishing cabinet parts before assembly is mostly a waste of time?
I used to spray lacquer on every panel before glue-up until a 6-month cabinet job in Tucson where the finish kept getting scratched during handling and I had to sand and redo 14 doors. Now I assemble first and finish after, and I save a whole day per kitchen without the touch-up mess.
