DAE spend 3 hours hunting a rattle in a walnut buffet only to find a stray brad nail in the toe kick
Honestly, that rattle about drove me up a wall last Tuesday. I flipped the whole buffet upside down and checked every joint twice, pulled the drawers, and even ran a magnet over the back panel. Ngl, it took me 3 hours and 40 minutes before I found a single 18 gauge brad nail wedged under the toe kick from a job I finished in March. Tbh I sat on the floor laughing at myself for a solid minute after all that. It never showed up when I shook the piece on the bench, only when it sat on the floor in the customer's hallway. Has anyone else had a loud mystery noise turn out to be one tiny piece of metal you forgot about?
