Man, that is a close call. Almost $2,400 is not small money, that's a whole vacation or a good chunk of a down payment just gone because of some line buried in the paperwork. I bet your heart dropped when you finally spotted it. Good on you for actually reading the thing, most folks (me included, honestly) just hit agree and move on.
