Unpopular opinion: A landscaper in my hometown told me 'growth is just a fancier word for fixing your worst problem first' and it wrecked my whole business plan.
I was mapping out a huge new service line for my small firm, but after he said that, I spent yesterday canceling those plans and instead called every client from the past year to ask what one thing we did worst.
