Started sending personal videos to cold leads 6 months ago. Conversion went from 3% to 11%.
I was just another guy sending generic emails to real estate agents in Austin. After maybe 40 no-replies, I recorded a 45 second Loom video introducing myself and my service. The response rate tripled over the next quarter just from putting a face to the name. Has anyone else tried video outreach and seen a big jump like that?

Yeah that's a solid jump. Makes sense though. People are so used to text spam they just delete it without reading. A video cuts through all that noise.

And honestly once you add that personal touch with video it builds way more trust than a plain text ever could. People can see your face, hear your voice, it feels real instead of spammy. That trust alone is probably why the numbers jumped so much.
