Question about my water tracker actually working for 30 days

I've been trying to drink more water for ages but always forgot. Last month, I drew a simple tracker in my bullet journal and filled it every day. What's a small habit you've stuck with thanks to your bujo?

Yeah I was the same, always thought apps were the answer. Reading what @susan_wright34 said about the motion of drawing it really clicked for me. The pen on paper thing is a different kind of reminder that actually sticks.

Crazy how the physical act of drawing the tracker mattered more than the app reminder. My pen hitting that page just makes it real.

Wait you actually drew it out? Like boxes and everything? I just check mine off but drawing it sounds next level. Makes sense though, the whole motion of making the shape probably locks it in your brain more. I might have to try that instead of just tapping a screen.
