Hot take: I wasted $300 on bulk shopping before I checked my pantry
I kept buying the 24 pack of paper towels at Costco every trip for almost a year, then one day I actually counted what was stacked in my garage and it was 41 rolls. That is $300+ sitting in a dusty corner while I was patting myself on the back for being a savvy shopper. Anyone else fool themselves into thinking buying in bulk is a win when the real problem is they never track what they already have?
patting myself on the back for being a savvy shopper" is way too real, I did the same thing with canned beans and found like 30 cans shoved behind stuff I forgot about. Now I just take a picture of my shelf before I shop and it has honestly saved me from buying my fourth bottle of the same hot sauce.
