Booked a "cheap" airport shuttle in Lisbon and paid $60 for a 20 minute ride
Last month I landed in Lisbon at 11pm and the hotel site pushed a shuttle for 55 euros, which I figured was fine since it was late and I was tired. The driver took me on some weird loop past the airport twice and what should have been a 15 minute trip to Baixa took almost an hour, and I later saw the metro would have cost me 2 euros. Has anyone else gotten burned by those pre-booked airport transfer deals, or am I the only one who falls for them?
