Wow, that's actually wild. My buddy was broke after his car died last month, and he basically lived off one of those giant potato bags for like two weeks. He'd bake a few for dinner, fry some for breakfast hash, even made this weird but okay potato soup. He said it got old, but he wasn't hungry.
