Did you try putting it in a different spot with less direct sun? I had a plant that did nothing for months until I moved it to a north window, and then it started growing like crazy. Sometimes they just need a new environment to wake up.

@jennifer204 that's such a good point, did you also try checking if the pot was too big for it lol?
