My wife says scrolling in bed is bad, but a guy at the pharmacy in Dayton told me he reads weather radar to fall asleep | Bedtime Phone Stories - Babble Community
People act like every little thing before bed is a crime against sleep and honestly it's probably not that deep lol. Lying there stressing about your 8am meeting sounds way worse than some wind chimes, at least the chimes are kinda soothing. Half the stuff we worry about with sleep is just us psyching ourselves out, and the guy at the pharmacy reading weather radar to pass out is proof that the brain just wants something boring to latch onto. If the chimes help you stop doom spiraling about work, that's a win, not a problem.
