My aunt swore by using warm milk for her cinnamon rolls, and I finally tried it.

She said it would make the dough softer and the rise better, so I swapped out my usual cold milk last weekend. The rolls came out fluffier than ever and the texture was perfect. Has anyone else had a simple tip like that completely change a recipe?
