Coconut flour is everywhere in my baking circle lately

My try at banana bread with it was a total fail. Any tips for better results?

Coconut flour really does suck up moisture, like @nancyhernandez said about her hockey puck muffins. Try using way more wet stuff than you think you need for banana bread.

My banana bread with coconut flour turned into a brick last month. Did you have to toss the whole batch too?

Tried coconut flour muffins once that came out like hockey pucks. The stuff just drinks up every drop of moisture in the kitchen.
