Pro tip: Avoid the parts reseller on Oak Street after my mess this week

I mean, idk if it's just me, but I got a batch of belts from that new place and half were the wrong size. Maybe it's just me but it set back two jobs because I had to reorder. It's frustrating when you trust a local spot and they drop the ball. Now I'm telling everyone in the shop group to steer clear. Just a heads up if you're in this area.

Man, Wesley's cable story is spot on! It's wild how companies can't even get the simple stuff right anymore, feels like we're all just expecting to be let down.

Totally get that, it's INFURIATING. Had the same thing last month ordering some network cables online, swore they were the right length. Show up and they're all wrong, and the connectors felt super cheap. Completely threw off my whole setup for a home project, wasted a whole Saturday. Now I just eat the higher cost and go to the big store across town, because at least you can SEE what you're getting.
