That Tuesday where everything just worked out, no idea why

I had one of those days last month in Portland where nothing was planned and it all went right. My car needed an oil change, so I stopped at that quick shop on Sandy Blvd, and the guy finished in 15 minutes instead of the hour they quoted. Then I found a parking spot right by Powell's on my first lap, which honestly never happens. I grabbed coffee at a random cart and the barista gave me a free pastry because I was the only one who said please. My boss called to ask about a report I thought I'd messed up, and it turned out I had actually submitted the updated version. Even my knees, which usually ache by 4pm, didn't bother me at all that day. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it just didn't. Has anyone else had a day like that where the universe seems to be on your side for once, and did it make you suspicious the whole time?

Actually I had almost the exact same thing happen a few years back, and I kept checking my calendar all day convinced I'd forgotten something important. The free parking and the quick errands felt so foreign that I finally just told myself to enjoy it instead of waiting for the bad news. It taught me that sometimes things go right for no reason at all, and that's okay to accept without overthinking it.
