Preserving in place isn't always practical with today's climate
Many say we should leave sites untouched to keep them whole, but I disagree. If a site is eroding or under threat, excavating it now saves more for study. Proper storage in museums can be just as green.

Wait, digging holes is your actual job? What kind of holes are we talking about, like for fence posts or are you out there digging graves? That's a whole career I never really thought about.
