After years flying solo, I'm now convinced team repairs are the way to go.

Having backup makes complex fixes less stressful.

Got any examples of a repair that would've been a nightmare solo but went smooth with a team? I've always been the lone wolf type too, but wondering how you split up the actual work. Does someone always take the lead, or is it more shared? Also how do you handle it when there's a disagreement on the best way to fix something?

Honestly teams just catch stuff you'd miss alone. Like that time we found a cracked mount while someone else was testing the wiring, saved a callback. Makes the whole job less miserable.

My solo repair skills are legendary for all the wrong reasons. @anthony424, we tend to let whoever knows the most take point, but everyone chips in. When we disagree, it's just a calm talk to find the simplest fix.
