Warning: I used to skip air fryer fish sticks thinking they'd be dry

Always bought frozen fish sticks bc I thought homemade in the air fryer would turn out rubbery. Saw a vid where someone dipped them in egg and panko before cooking. Tried it with cod cut into strips, and dude, they were perfectly crispy outside and moist inside. My family said they tasted way better than the store kind. Now I make a big batch every week for easy dinners. The key is spraying a bit of oil on them before air frying. Totally changed my mind on doing seafood in there.

Careful! Oil spray can ruin the non-stick coating.
