Frozen fries vs fresh cut in the air fryer, huge difference
Finally did a side by side last Tuesday with the same russet potatoes and same seasoning, and the fresh cut ones came out way crispier with zero of that soggy center problem. Has anyone else switched over and never looked back, or am I just doing frozen ones wrong?

Soggy center problem? That's a bit dramatic for fries, but sure, whatever works.
