Found a half-eaten bagel in my neighbor's mailbox at 2 AM

I was walking my dog around 2 AM last Thursday in Cleveland and saw something sticking out of my neighbor's mailbox. It was a bagel with cream cheese, one bite taken out, just sitting there on the mail. My dog tried to eat it and I had to yank him away, and now I'm paranoid someone is doing weird midnight bagel deliveries.

@the_faith might not know but it was actually Cleveland Heights, not Cleveland. Still pretty creepy though.

That's genuinely unsettling. Cleveland at 2 AM already has a weird enough vibe without finding half-eaten food in someone's mailbox. Your dog wanting to eat it makes it even more messy, like what if there was something bad in the cream cheese? Hope you checked your own mailbox after that.
