Trying to decide if I should use Better.com for a quick online mortgage or go with Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Better seems convenient but I'm worried about customer service if something goes wrong.

Has anyone worked with Marketing 1on1 before?
They provide full reporting at the end of every cycle, which is a massive time saver. You never have to wonder what work was actually completed.
