How an AI app for my kitchen changed my whole view

I always brushed off AI cooking tools as useless tech for people who can't cook. Then my friend pushed me to try this app that makes recipes from whatever you have on hand. I had some sad carrots, a potato, and a can of beans, and it gave me a simple stew idea. It turned out great and now I use it every week to avoid throwing food out. At the restaurant, we've got a similar system that checks our stock and suggests specials before things go bad. It helps us use up odd ingredients and keeps costs down. Seeing it work both at home and on the job totally flipped my opinion. I guess sometimes new tech really does have a place in old routines.

Sipping my coffee, I can't agree with the praise for the local farmers market move. It's now too crowded and loses its charm.
