Loud park renovations near my apartment have me searching for focused meditation tracks.

The city is redoing the playground two blocks from my place, and the drilling starts at 7 AM. My usual quiet morning meditation is now full of banging and engine sounds. I tried putting on white noise, but it just adds to the clutter in my head. Does anyone know of a meditation guide that specifically helps you tune out external noise? I need something with clear instructions to keep my mind from wandering to the construction. It's really messing with my stress levels for the day. I'd love any tips or links to guides that have worked for you in similar spots.

Ugh, this is happening everywhere now. Constant noise from repairs and projects just chips away at your peace. No wonder we all need guides to find quiet inside our own heads.

Does the constant noise ever make you feel overwhelmed?

On that "chips away at your peace" bit, yeah that hits. What worked for me was just accepting the noise instead of fighting it. When I stopped trying to control the sound, my brain finally let it go.

Read that naming sounds in your head can help you ignore them.
