Swapped my post-workout shake for real food and saw instant results

I mean, I ditched the protein powder after my home lifting sessions and just eat some eggs now. Idk, my muscles feel less sore and I have way more energy the next day. Are we all wasting money on supplements when simple meals work better?

Used to swear by shakes too, but switching to actual food made a huge difference for me.

Hey @derek_bailey84, totally get it. I started prepping quick meals (like hard-boiled eggs or oatmeal) and it's way more filling. Blenders are fine, but real food keeps you going all day.
