PSA: Wearing back support while handling big glass panels really helps.
It cuts down on end of day soreness a lot.

Yeah the Mueller adjustable brace is a game changer. I used to be wrecked after a day of installing shower doors, now it's just normal tired. Make sure you get one that cinches tight right above your hips.

Man that back pain is no joke, jasonf17 is right about how heavy that glass must be. I've seen guys in construction just totally burned out by their late 30s from ignoring that kind of strain. A good brace really does seem like it's just basic safety gear, like wearing gloves. You gotta take care of your body or it quits on you. Getting the fit right like noahmartin said is everything, a loose brace is worse than useless.

@noahmartin, installing shower doors sounds like a nightmare job. Those glass panels are super heavy and one wrong move could shatter everything. You must have crazy core strength to handle that all day. The brace probably saves your back from giving out by lunchtime. I heard some guys use regular belts but they don't give enough support. Makes total sense why the Mueller is a game changer for you.
