Can we talk about the switch from hand-cut to CNC templates for custom shower doors?

I used to spend half a day on a complex pattern, but after my shop in Mesa got a Glaston machine 2 years ago, the time and waste dropped by 80%. Anyone still doing it the old way, or is that skill basically gone now?

Some shops still do it by hand for one-offs.
