I found a box of old linoleum knives in my dad's garage last week and it took me back to my first job in 2007.

Oh man, that's a specific memory right there. I read an article once about how tools from old jobs just stick with you, like a physical reminder of that whole time in your life. It said your brain ties the feel of the tool to the skills you learned and even the people you worked with. So it's not just about the knife, it's about being that kid in 2007 figuring stuff out. That box is basically a time capsule for your hands. Pretty wild how objects can hold that much.
