Watched a guy replant a whole garden bed from scratch at 7 AM and it clicked
Last Saturday I was out for a walk and saw my neighbor digging up his entire front garden. He told me he'd planted everything too close together six months ago and it was all stunted. Now I'm staring at my own crowded patio pots wondering if I should just start over too. Has anyone else had to rip out a whole setup and redo it from zero?

Nah, that's a waste of time, just prune your pots down and save the hassle.

Argue the opposite, @jake986, but repotting gives roots room to breathe and prevents those rootbound problems.

Oh man, I literally did this last month with my balcony herbs! I spent a whole Saturday covered in dirt and questioning every life choice that led me to buy those tiny starter pots.
