I used to think a 20-minute walk was a waste of time, but my dog's new vet route proved me wrong.
I'd always take the same quick loop to get him tired, but last week I got lost on the way to the animal clinic and we had to walk a full mile through a different neighborhood. Seeing all those weird garden gnomes and hearing kids play actually cleared my head better than my morning coffee. Anyone else find a random detour that fixed their whole mood?
Actually it's a mile and a half from my place to the vet, but yeah same idea lol. Getting forced into a new route is the best. Found this little creek path last time that I never would have taken otherwise.
