Spent $350 on a high frequency machine and now I regret it

I bought this high frequency machine from a brand called Dermajem last month thinking it would be great for clearing up my clients' acne. But the electrode wands feel cheap and the intensity barely does anything even at the highest setting. Has anyone else tried a budget high frequency device that actually worked for their treatments?

the intensity barely does anything even at the highest setting" - that's exactly what happened with mine too. I honestly think it's just a pattern with budget beauty equipment, they always cheap out on the transformers. Like how you can buy a $30 face steamer that barely spits out any steam versus one that actually works. It's the same with those cheap ultrasonic spatulas, they just vibrate weakly and don't do anything. You end up spending more in the long run buying the cheap one that doesn't work, then having to buy the real thing anyway.

Oh man, that's SUCH a bummer. It's like you get hyped up for something and then it just fizzles. But honestly, this is a pattern I see EVERYWHERE now, not just with beauty stuff. You go to buy a lamp or a basic kitchen tool and the cheap version is basically made of hopes and dreams that fall apart. It's like companies know people want to save money so they crank out stuff that LOOKS like the real thing but is secretly garbage inside. You're basically paying them to learn a lesson about quality that you already knew.

Wait, are we talking beauty gadgets or just the entire economy now? Feels like half the stuff you buy these days is just a scam with extra steps.
