Remember when we all used those harsh, stripping toners with high alcohol content? I just found a bottle from my kit in 2012 and compared it to the gentle, hydrating one I use now. The difference in how my clients' skin reacts, especially with sensitive types, is night and day.

Man, why did we all think posting our deepest thoughts for the public was a good idea? I tried to read my old blog last year and had to close the tab after two sentences. The secondhand embarrassment is so real. It's like looking at a different, much more awkward person.
