Finally tried that new door lock tool from the trade show

I was pretty sure it was just a gimmick when I saw it in Atlanta, but my boss got one for the shop. Had a sticky latch on a 90s Otis unit today and gave it a shot. It actually saved me like 20 minutes of fighting with the alignment. Anyone else used one of these on an older door? Curious if it holds up.
