Why does nobody warn you that an email tool's "test send" can go to your whole client list?

Ah yes, the "test send" that tests whether your clients will actually stick around. Bold move. Next time just cc your competitors and your mom while you're at it. The button probably said something friendly like "send yourself a copy" and you thought, sure, that seems safe.
