Just lost 3 hours of shading work to a crashed file last night

I was at my desk in Portland around 11pm, pushing through the final pass on a portrait, and my tablet driver just froze the whole PC mid-brush stroke, no autosave. My backup was from 8pm, so I had to redo the entire eye and hair section from scratch, but honestly the second version came out better. Do you guys trust cloud autosave or do you still swear by manual Ctrl+S every few minutes?
