I used to think my art was done after the last brush stroke

For years, I'd finish a piece in Procreate, slap it on Instagram with a basic filter, and call it a day. The colors always looked flat and muddy on other screens. About six months ago, I watched a video from an artist in Austin who broke down her export process. She said, 'If you don't manage your color profile, you're just guessing.' That hit me. Now, I always work in sRGB from the start, and before I export, I convert the profile and do a soft proof on a separate layer to check for clipping. It adds maybe ten minutes to my workflow, but my prints and online posts finally match what I see on my tablet. Has anyone else had that 'aha' moment with color management?

Switched to a standing desk last year. My back doesn't ache anymore.

Oh, that's great to hear! I started using a standing desk converter on my kitchen counter a few months back. It really helped my posture, and I don't get that stiff feeling in my shoulders by lunchtime anymore.
