PSA: Warranty work takes forever now compared to the old days
Back then, you showed the bad part and got a new one right away. These days it's all online tickets and waiting for email replies. How do you deal with the delay without falling behind on jobs?

@drewgonzalez that waiting game makes you wonder if they want shops to just shut down completely.

Honestly it's like they're hoping you'll just give up. Reminds me of waiting weeks for a specific bolt, shop was dead in the water.
