DAE notice how much cleaner a 6.0 injector job goes when the engine is stone cold?
I did two FICM and injector jobs on the same truck three months apart, and the cold one came apart with half the busted knuckles. Letting it sit overnight in my 40 degree shop meant no burnt fuel varnish locking the copper washers in place. What temp do you guys pull a hot truck in, or do you just tell the customer it sits till morning?
