Can we talk about the week my neighbor mowed his lawn at 6:45am three days straight
My bedroom faces his yard so I got woken up Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday by that same loud mower before my 7:00 alarm even went off. I finally walked over Thursday morning and he said he does it early because it's cooler for him, which is fair I guess, but is it crazy to ask him to wait till 8? What do you all do about early morning noise from neighbors?

My old neighbor did the same thing with his leaf blower every Saturday at 7am sharp. I worked nights back then so I was dead asleep when that thing fired up. I asked him nicely to push it to 9 and he acted like I was asking for his firstborn. We ended up in this awkward standoff for weeks where he would rev it extra loud right outside my window. Finally I started running my vacuum at 10pm just to make a point, which was petty but it worked. Asking for 8am is not crazy at all, that is beyond fair.
