The Tuesday my knitting group bailed and I finally finished the heel turn
Last Tuesday all three people in my knitting group cancelled on me, so I sat on my porch in Toledo with a cold mug of tea and just kept going on the sock I'd been stuck on for two weeks. The heel turn had scared me, so every time I got close to it I'd find some excuse to stop, but with no one to chat with I actually read the pattern line by line and it clicked in about 20 minutes. I got that heel done and started the gusset before my tea even warmed back up, and now the sock is basically half done. Do you all craft better alone or does the group energy really keep you moving?
