Finally fixed that wonky leg on my old desk after 3 months
I've been avoiding fixing this desk leg since June because I thought I needed a whole new tool. Turned out a simple washer from the hardware store down the street did the trick in 10 minutes. Anyone else have a project they kept putting off that ended up being way easier than expected?

Read somewhere that like 90% of home repairs are just "needs a washer or some zip ties" and honestly it checks out lol. Had a door that wouldnt close right for months, thought the whole frame was warped. Turned out the hinge just had a screw that backed out a little, took me like 2 minutes with a screwdriver. Feels dumb but also kind of awesome when you finally figure it out.

Gotta say @gavinb97, I'm with you on this one. Not everything needs a full blown project, sometimes a tiny fix is all it takes. But man, I've also spent way too long on stuff that just needed a screw tightened, so I feel the pain of those 3 months of wobbly desk life.
