Can we talk about the 10 minute rule that actually made me keep a habit?
I kept failing at reading more because I'd set these big goals like 30 pages a night and quit after 4 days. Then my sister in Tucson said just do 10 minutes, and if I hate it I can put the book down. Last week I did it 6 out of 7 nights, and three of those nights I kept going past 10 minutes anyway because I was into the chapter. Turns out starting is the hard part for me, not the doing. What's the smallest version of a habit that actually stuck for you?
