The daily juggler at Union Square has me wondering about his story

I can't figure out why the same guy is always juggling at the train station, lol.

He's probably just part of the station's permanent decor.

@riley_hart, you're not wrong. I'm pretty much part of the furniture at the bus stop now. They might charge me rent soon.
