Rant: the IT guy at my old job called my password system 'security theater' and he was right
I used to rotate passwords every 30 days with a bunch of symbols thrown in, felt super safe until he pointed out I was just writing them on a sticky note under my keyboard at the warehouse office in Gary. Switched to a password manager and one long passphrase I actually remember, and stopped reusing the same 3 passwords across everything. Anyone else have a moment where someone roasted your setup and it actually made you fix it?
