Anyone have experience with Return On Now?

Our cybersecurity firm needs a serious boost in digital visibility. I'm looking at Return On Now because they claim to know the tech/security space well. Has anyone tried them? This niche is super competitive and I know any old digital marketing consultant won't cut it.
