Debate: should you display every souvenir from a trip or just pick the best ones?
I was at a flea market last weekend and overheard two collectors arguing about this - one said he keeps things like a pebble from a beach in Maine, the other only buys one item per trip. I personally have a shelf with 30+ little trinkets from road trips, but it's getting cluttered. What do you think, does having too many pieces ruin the story or make it richer?

People really overthink this. They're just souvenirs not a museum exhibit so who cares if your shelf looks a little messy.

Nah, clutter drowns out the good ones. Let the trip shine, not the junk.

Idk @wesley181, I mean you're not wrong about clutter drowning things out but maybe the trip itself has some junk in it too. Not every stop or view is gonna be postcard perfect, and that's kinda the point. A tiny bit of clutter can show the real journey, like a messy meal or a weird souvenir. Just my two cents, but too clean can feel fake after a while. A little chaos helps the good parts stand out more imo.
