That Omaha safety rep's comment about my swing path stuck with me
He said 'you're moving the load like it's a pendulum, not a crane' and after I started feathering the boom instead of swinging hard on that 12-ton steel beam, my hook spotting got way cleaner, anyone else get feedback that made them rethink a basic move?
