Weighted blanket math blew my mind, 10% rule is real
So I finally measured mine after 4 months of using it at 15 lbs and turns out I'm 140 lbs, so that's like 10.7%. I always thought the rule was fake marketing junk but my sleep stats from my watch actually improved 20 minutes of deep sleep per night. Found the stat in a sleep study pdf from some university, not a blanket ad. Anyone else actually crunch the numbers on their blanket vs their body weight?

Man, your watch tracking deep sleep is impressive and all, but I'm over here doing math on why I wake up at 3am every night with my 20 lb blanket on my 135 lb frame. That's like 14.8% and honestly it feels more like a weighted hug from a very pushy ex. Maybe the rule is real, but I think I just need to accept I'm a restless sleeper who collects blankets like trophies.
